Today had our SEP assessment... :) and also slide jump.... :) my coursemate took one photo for me.. look so cool..

Today was a tiring day.. need to be at the airport by 7.15am.. sigh... but i was a fun and fruiful day.. i got to learnt about all the saftey equipments onboard.. lifevest, oxygen masks, flashlight, survial kit..

Also how to evaculate passengers when an aircraft need to do an emergency landing on land or water.. Some commands like, OPEN SEAT BELT! COME THIS WAY! JUMP! JUMP JUMP! etc.. We also got the chance to practise safety demo.. haha.. they even record a video of me doing it.. It was funny when i watched it myself.. will try to upload the video.. haha

Today woke up at 4.20am as we would be having our Fam Flight to HKT.. My batch 18, 28 cabin crew trainees would be going to SGN(Saigon) and HKT (Phuket) to obeserve how the cabin crews work and duties. I was assigned to Phuket Trip.

Our flight would depart from Budget Terminal at 0815hrs, therefore we need to be at BT by 0615hrs. Normally is 1hour before departure time for the cabin crew briefing and checking of aircraft.

Er.. today flight was just touched and go.. Meaning once reach HKT we would be depart from HKT in 20mins to SIN. It was because this aircraft would be flying to Saigon....

Our aircraft is the youngest. 9V-TAI.. normally our aircraft is from TAD to TAF.... thats the aircraft number.

We got to see  how the crew make annoucements for departure, safety demo, landing etc. How the crews do sales, collecting trash, serving passengers etc. Mostly importantly, is to SMILE.. every passengers would like to see a smiling face rather than a black face right? haha..

our SNY would be starting from 10 Oct after our SEP test.. excited about it..

Tomorrow would be teacher's day... therefore we had a small celebration during my Buddhism class today... We bought a small vegetarian cake and a cake for our master.. and today is the due date for us to submit the application form for our advance study in buddhism.. But i do not think i am able to make it... cos i would be flying around from october onwards.. I would have to give the class a miss in 2009 and continue once i have the time. Worst thing, 28Sept would be my buddhism exam!! Exam Exam,,.. :(

Today is my lunar birthday.. was suprise that one of my close colleague, Kelly gave me a red packet... This morning i went breakfast with her at West Coast Mac.. She passed it to me in my car.. Is my first birthday present.. My parents do not even celebrate for me and give me red packet.. haha...

Heard from my buddy, in buddhism birthday mean 母難日.. Meaning mother has to go through the suffering before the child is born to this world.. therefore we are not able to repay fully to our mum... Therfore during birthday we should give our mother a treat... :)

went to 佛光山 this morning at Punggol.. Really like the place.. is like i m in taiwan.. haha. nice scenery and peaceful place.. take a look at the photo..:)

what is life?? why are we so busy earning for a living? why do we want to look good and also have a good body? once we are gone, we are not able to take those things with us, even our body etc.. Only the instinct will be with us.. the "shell" will be gone...

Feeling emptiness in me today... moody.... i had been suffering for the past 1 week due to my injured shoulder....
